In case you missed it, last week a strange news story quickly rocketed through the “twitterverse” — and soon cable news and elsewhere — when a 14-year-old Dutch girl named Sarah tweeted a “joke” at American Airlines, and quickly got the reply that anyone who still vividly remembers the tragic attacks of 9/11 would entirely expect:
The main legal distinction between a joke and a “true threat” is objective, i.e., “whether a reasonable observer would perceive the communication to communicate a genuine threat.” Of course, this is a fairly broad definition, and problems can quickly arise when people from different generations — with completely difference relationships with (and understanding of) social media — come into conflict.
“The problem with social media is that cops, prosecutors and judges are not as familiar with the context, and therefore don’t follow the cultural cues. They’re not equipped to figure out whether a reasonable person familiar with the particular subculture (like the subculture of trash-talking teens in the League of Legends case involving Justin Carter) would take the threats as serious or not. In other words, there’s a gulf between what reasonable people in the online culture understand the words to mean, and what (somewhat, sometimes) reasonable people outside the online culture understand the words to mean.
If we don’t want people arrested or brutalized for common online trash talk that is not taken seriously by people familiar with the context, then we need cops, prosecutors, and judges more familiar with that context.”

So how can a 777 vanish?
A high-level Malaysian source has confirmed that missing Flight MH370 must have been hijacked by remote control.
Matthias Chang, a barrister who served as Political Secretary to the Fourth Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, explained why only a remote-hijacking “fly by wire” scenario can explain the plane’s disappearance.
Since September 11th, more sophisticated systems have been placed in all planes to avoid any hijackings. If there is a hijacking in progress it kicks in and flies to an airport to land safely. The system can be triggered by the pilot himself from the cockpit, or it can be triggered by ground control. And by ‘ground control’ I mean it can be operated from land, an AWAC plane, or a ship, by an entity that has the capability and technology to fly the plane remotely. That technology is out there.”
Chang pointed out that only remote-hijacking can explain the plane’s flight path: “This plane is flying for six hours on its own. Who’s flying the plane? The entity flying the plane must be those with the technology that’s used now to pilot drones. We know drones have been flown in Afghanistan from Florida. We have seen video tapes and news broadcasts about how ‘pilots’ in Florida are flying planes and drones in Afghanistan as if they are playing computer games.”
Chang explained that the Western media’s pilot suicide hypothesis “doesn’t hold water. If you’re a pilot, why turn back, go north to Thailand where there are military exercises going on, and you will know from the radar that other planes are flying, then turn south and fly for six hours? That’s ridiculous. Also, most suicides leave notes explaining why. This is another huge question mark. Why this accusation of the pilot, when the facts are inconsistent with suicide?”
Suggesting that the Western countries have been leading the public on a wild goose chase, Chang explained:
“During the past four weeks, we have heard of various countries providing data. Australia said there were two floating objects west of Perth, but when ships were sent they were not found. France, also, said they discovered two objects. When the search planes went, these too couldn’t be found. The satellite of Thailand (a US client state) found two objects. It was sea rubbish. This was followed by (US occupied) Japan saying they found objects. But those objects were not MH370s. The British firm Inmarsat, using its calculations, said the plane would have crashed in the area where the objects were located. But subsequently Boeing, doing new calculations projecting faster flight at lower altitude, said the plane could have ended somewhere 1000 miles north of the previously projected location.”

Malaysia says there's sealed evidence on MH370 that cannot be made public

BEIJING - A Malaysian team have told relatives of Chinese passengers on board the missing Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight MH370 that there was sealed evidence that cannot be made public, as they came under fire from the angry relatives at a briefing on Wednesday.
The sealed evidence included air traffic control radio transcript, radar data and airport security recordings.
The briefing at the Metropark Lido Hotel in Beijing focused on UK satellite analysis which led Malaysia to conclude that flight MH370 ended in south Indian Ocean, off Perth.
The Chinese relatives were told that a five-member high-level team from Malaysia plans to brief them once every five days. The team include MAS pilot Lim Jit Koon and senior civil aviation official Ahmad Nizar Zolfakar.
During the question-and-answer session, a relative said: "Thanks for demonstrating your ability to read every word out of the powerpoint slides."
Another asked: "If the info is from UK satellite firm Inmarsat, does it mean the Malaysia team cannot answer our questions on the MH370 analysis?"
Faced with the barrage of questions from the angry relatives, the MAS team replied: "We can answer but we might not be correct as we're not the investigators":
They said Malaysia had requested for the British experts to join them for the briefing in Beijing but the latter declined.
They assured the relatives that the search and rescue operations for the plane have been stepped up but the hunt has been challenging as the search area is huge.
The Malaysian government and MAS have been criticised for their handling of the disappearance of MH370 on March 8. They have been accused of being slow in disseminating information and not revealing everything about the incident.
Prime Minister Najib Razak said on Monday night that based on latest UK data analysis, the plane had gone down in a remote part of the southern Indian Ocean.
"We demand you retract announcement that MH370 ended in south Indian Ocean and continue search-and-rescue operations,'' one relative said at the briefing.
Some family representatives targeted Malaysian envoy Iskandar Sarudin, asking him: "You expect us to accept a report you cannot defend?"
"No comment,'' said Mr Iskandar.
He again declined to comment when asked "how do you expect us to feel friendly towards Malaysia?"
Upset by the response from the Malaysia team, a relative said: "You have once again left us speechless!"
Wednesday's briefing was the first time the media were allowed to attend.
The relatives also accused MAS of not providing enough assistance to them.
"Two-thirds of MH370 passengers are Chinese but only 50 caregivers?" asked a relative.
An airline official explained that they have had problem finding volunteers to help out.
When asked why the MAS office at the hotel was closed on Tuesday, the MAS officials said they were advised by the Chinese government not to be there given the tense mood among the relatives.

Are the Israelis Planning Another 9-11 Using the Missing Boeing 777?
Why would Israel have a plane identical to the missing Malaysia Airlines plane in storage in Tel Aviv? The plane in this photo is Boeing 777 2H6(ER) – 28416/155, an identical twin of the missing plane, which has been in Israel since November 2013. What are the Israelis doing with this plane in a hanger in Tel Aviv? Could it be part of a false-flag terror plot in the making? Where is this plane today?

Update – According to reports from plane-spotters, Israel has an identical Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200 in storage in Tel Aviv since November 2013. The only visible difference between the missing plane and the one in Tel Aviv would be its serial number. What do the Israelis have planned with the twin Malaysia Airlines plane?
By using the twin aircraft they have in storage, the terror masterminds may have a sinister plan for the missing plane to seemingly reappear in a false-flag atrocity. Public awareness of the twin plane in Tel Aviv, therefore, could prevent the evil plot from going ahead.

This information is very important because it fits neatly into the terror scenario presented by Israeli El Al “security expert” Issac Yeffet shortly after the Malaysian plane went missing. Yeffet suggested the missing plane had been hijacked to Iran and was being prepared for a terror attack. For the Israelis to have an identical plane in a hanger in Tel Aviv reveals why Yeffet presented such a scenario. He appears to have been setting the stage for a false-flag attack like 9-11, perhaps in Israel. If such an attack were to occur in Israel all the evidence would be in the hands of Israeli intelligence giving them complete control of the interpretation or narrative of the terror event.

For decades now they've been bragging that on a clear day they cannot only see the golf ball, they can also read what brand it is.
There are two possibilities:
1. Their claims are total bullshit (always a distinct possibility)
or
2. Their claims are true.
If they're true, how can you lose track of an airplane that size?
Answer: You never lost track of it. They know exactly where it is
and have known all along.

Najib Razak “Malaysia Airlines deeply regrets that we have to assume beyond any reasonable doubt that MH370 has been lost and that none of those on board survived… we must now accept all evidence suggests the plane went down in the Southern Indian Ocean.” (NY Times)
Razak, Malaysia’s prime minister has announced that missing flight MH370 crashed in the southern Indian Ocean.
Razak based his announcement on new analysis by British satellite firm Inmarsat, which provided satellite data, and the UK’s Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) which used that data to access the probability of the aircraft’s ability to reach dry land.
The firms “have concluded that MH370 flew along the southern corridor, and that its last position was in the middle of the Indian Ocean, west of Perth,” Mr Razak said.
“This is a remote location, far from any possible landing sites. It is therefore with deep sadness and regret that I must inform you that, according to this new data, flight MH370 ended in the southern Indian Ocean.”
The Aircraft is now lying on the bottom of the ocean. All souls onboard have been lost. The finality of the announcement brings closure to the family members of the passengers and crew of MH370.
Oh, really?
We may be quite surprised to find out who is behind the global
company and how their political alignments may have affected the
finding.
It has been stated that FLT 370 carried 12 crew members and 227 passengers from 15 nations. Who were these passengers? Out of the 227, 20 were employees of Freescale Semiconductor, a company based in Austin, Texas – 12 were from Malaysia, and 8 from China.
Freescale was involved in a classified government project with the U.S. Department of Defense.
What is unusual is that the Malaysian government has continually refused to release the cargo list. Was there something onboard that aircraft? Perhaps something developed by the Freescale engineers and on its way to Beijing to be sold or turned over to the Chinese?
Could it be that Inmarsat is complicit in diverting the delivery of this cargo and group of engineers to Beijing?
Could it be that there are other reasons that those controlling Inmarsat do not want the truth to be told about the whereabouts of the Malaysian Boeing 777?
A little “Sleight of Hand” and the world is convinced that Flt 370 lies beneath the oceans.

The technology they were working on was a way to make stealthy a non-stealth aircraft. In other words, they could take an aircraft that does not have a stealth capability” and make it stealth.
Stealth technologies such as this are found in the B-2 Bomber and the F 117, which is no longer deployed, according to McConnell. But the technology is breakthrough in that going one step further, rather than building an aircraft from the ground up, they can take, for instance a B-52, which was built in 1962 and with electronic technology developed by Freescale, they can increase the stealth or actually they had be reducing the radar signature and they would be increasing the stealthniness of an otherwise very un-stealthy aircraft like a lumbering B-52.

‘The Malaysian prime minister says investigators now know that the missing Malaysian airliner’s communications were deliberately disabled and that it turned back from its flight to Beijing and flew across Malaysia.
The search for the plane is now being extended across a vast area extending from Kazhakstan in central Asia to the southern Indian ocean, Najib Razak revealed in a dramatic press conference on Saturday.
After new satellite information became available, he said dozens of countries across the region would now become involved in the search for Kuala Lumpur-Beijing flight MH 370 which went missing a week ago with 239 crew and passengers on board.
The new satellite information also revealed that the last communication with the plane was at 8.11am on Saturday March 8, much later than previously believed.’

Tuesday, as baffled authorities expanded their search for the Boeing
777 on the opposite side of the country from where it disappeared nearly

Some, particularly on social media, have pointed out that the men
appear to have the same bottom half, suggesting that the images were
Photoshopped.
Look at the position of their feet. Look at the shadows. Look at the
shape of the bag, especially in the context that the man on the left
doesn’t appear to be holding the same shape of bag in his top half.

MALAYSIAN FLIGHT 370 UPDATE : RADAR BLIPS - Signals from What for Now Can Only Be Termed as a UFO
The radar playback depicts dozens of planes in flight over the region
at the time. The first peculiarity is seen in the lower left of the
screen. A round object appears in the vicinity of Flight 370 (and amid
several others), which the radar does not automatically “read” as
airplane. Suddenly, this round object take the form of a “plane” on the
radar screen and accelerates at a rate of speed that must be at least
five times the speed of the surrounding planes, heading eastward, over
the South China Sea – and just as suddenly the object stops and appears
to hover in place.
During this same time, there is some evidence that shortly after crossing the Malaysian Peninsula, Flight 370 was in trouble. The radar playback shows that the plane took three sharp turns: right, left, right at an altitude of 35,000 feet and at a speed of 473 knots – just before the radar readings instantly go from 35,000 feet to 0, with the plane still traveling at that speed for a few moments more, at 0 feet altitude before it vanishes from the screen.
As for the other object described here, it disappears as well. There have been no reports about this object – or plane, or what have you; whether it was a commercial airliner, like the many others in flight during the final moments preceding the disappearance of Flight 370 – but the object in question certainly didn’t behave like a commercial airliner.
Regardless of whether or not this mystery object had anything to do with the demise of of Flight 370 – what IS evident is that the radar readings shown in this clip captured signals from what for now, can only be termed a UFO.

One of the most eerie rumors came after a few relatives said they were able to call the cellphones of their loved ones or find them on a Chinese instant messenger service called QQ that indicated that their phones were still somehow online.
A migrant worker in the room said that several other workers from his company were on the plane, including his brother-in-law. Among them, the QQ accounts of three still showed that they were online, he said Sunday afternoon.
Adding to the mystery, other relatives in the room said that when they dialed some passengers' numbers, they seemed to get ringing tones on the other side even though the calls were not picked up.
Four mind-bending possibilities, none of which seem possible
This brings up the immediate bind-bending question of how electronic devices on a commercial flight that vanished still appear to be connected to the internet. The explanations for this defy everything we think we know about reality:
• Mind-bending possibility #1, the "kidnapped" explanation: The plane somehow landed somewhere without leaving a radar signature of any kind, all the passengers are being held hostage there (and are thus still alive), their mobile devices are somehow within cell tower range and yet for some reason have not been confiscated. (This explanation seems extremely unlikely.)
• Mind-bending possibility #2, the "Stargate" explanation: A teleportation portal of some kind exists in the skies, through which the plane inadvertently flew and was teleported somewhere else. Yet, astonishingly, electromagnetic signals can still make it through the portal, and the two sides of the portal remain in contact across the radio spectrum. (This explanation sounds like pure science fiction and also seems extremely unlikely, yet we must at least acknowledge that modern physics has already demonstrated the instantaneous teleportation of information across apparently infinite space due to the "non-locality" of entangled electrons as described in quantum theory.)
• Mind-bending possibility #3, the "failed search" explanation: This far more mundane explanation supposes that the massive, multi-day search for plane wreckage and debris simply hasn't stumbled upon the correct location yet. The fact that airplane black boxes broadcast homing signals adds to the skepticism that this explanation holds any water, as it is extremely unlikely that the airplane's black boxes could have been obliterated. Nevertheless, this explanation still seems far more believable than supernatural explanations.
• Mind-bending possibility #4, the "advanced military weapons" explanation: Some military entity, either human or non-human, was testing an advanced weapon capable of either instantly obliterating large airborne objects or teleporting them to another place (or dimension). This explanation seems incredibly far-fetched, but then again, barely a hundred years ago, so did the idea that machines could ever fly at all. Related to this is the legend of the Philadelphia Experiment which some believe caused a U.S. Navy ship to vanish and reappear.
We must first stick to mundane explanations until more searches can be conducted
Remain very skeptical that Flight 370 vanished for supernatural reasons, yet its disappearance unquestionably defies all known conventional explanations so far.
The vanishing of aircraft over the ocean is not without precedent, either. According to historical records, the so-called "Bermuda Triangle" causes both ships and aircraft to vanish for reasons that defy apparent scientific explanation. While the disappearance of ships can theoretically be explained by underwater volcanoes emitting large quantities of gas that mix with ocean waters and cause ships to immediately lose bouyancy, there has never been any convincing scientific explanation behind the disappearance of the many aircraft there. With each passing day that this search goes on without finding any debris from the fight, it is incredibly reasonable to at least entertain supernatural possibilities in the quest for answers. Malaysia Flight 370 Passenger Cell Phones Are Ringing Through ... WHAT'S GOING ON ?????
It is being reported today, by the Singapore press in The Sunday Times that a Chinese family has successfully dialed and rang the mobile cell phone of a passenger on board the Malaysia Airlines plane MH370.
Today, the brother of a man who is listed on the missing airplane’s manifest demonstrated for Chinese television that he could dial his sibling’s mobile phone, which was with him on the plane, and that the call was connected and rang several times indicating the phone is working, turned on and able to be answered somewhere. This family and many others are angry and urging government agencies to trace the ringing cell phone, before the batteries runs out, to find the missing plane and passengers, as they could have landed covertly on dry land and are being held captive by terrorists or other possible entities.
At this stage of the unbelievable vanishing airplane story, many on social media are even suggesting that the plane has been intercepted by a visiting alien UFO or transported to another world via an outer space wormhole. However, as we hear many times in life, anything is possible. This could in fact be some sort of alien abduction. Whatever the answer is to the plane’s current whereabouts or fate, there must be a serious link to its disappearance and those 4 suspect passengers who used stolen passports to board the aircraft. We hope more shall be revealed soon, but until then, we suspect the plane is intact somewhere and the passengers alive.
