Programming refers both to the process of teaching part of the mind unquestioned obedience and to the content of what is taught. Thus you can say that a person has been programmed to suicide under certain conditions, or you can talk about a suicide program that is triggered (activated) by certain words or conditions.
The word programming has a heaviness to it, an aura of machine-like inevitability. It is helpful to remember that programming is something that is done to a human being by another human being, for a specific reason, using certain time-tested techniques, at a certain time and place. If you think of programming as training, some of the heaviness and mystery lifts.
A person who is programmed, but unaware of this fact, can be made to do many dangerous or illegal things. Such people make perfect spies, for example, because they are unable to reveal their mission if captured. They simply don't know what they did, or were supposed to do, and cannot give any information. They would also make good assassins, drug runners, money launderers, sexual slaves for prostitution, pornography, or blackmail, etc. - anything that requires secrecy.
Government involvement has been documented in Nazi Germany, Canada, and the United States. Some US documents, all of which were originally classified, have been declassified. Some papers were published in academic journals, and some private correspondence has become public. And of course, there is also the testimony of survivors who have become conscious of what was done to them. Due to the absence of access to mainstream publishing companies, self-published books are a valuable source of information. (Members of the military who were subjected to mind control experimentation and procedures are legally bound to secrecy.)
There is no parallel documentation for the use of mind control in cults, since cults do not keep records the way governments do. If there is a cult paper trail, it has not yet come to light. But we can surmise from ritual abuse survivors' accounts and behaviors that mind control is widely used in abusive cults and that the cults and government network to perfect techniques.

THE PEOPLE'S VOICE : Andrea Davison interviewed by Sonia Poulton ... PEDOS IN HIGH PLACES
From a secret location, cyber cafe. Formerly working in the secret services, she's been vilified from all sides after her attempts to expose high level paedophiles. Her voice comes across well, but keep volume a little higher. She talks about links between drugs trafficking, arms trading and paedophilia, being interwoven. Child pornography is an extremely lucrative business. This industry is run by criminal organisations, with key personnel in Parliament, the civil service and the Police in support.
She talks about the goings-on in North Wales, and the attempt by her employers to stop her from investigating, but once she knew what was happening to the children, she couldn't keep quiet.
Investigating child abuse is incredibly dangerous. You are putting your life on the line. Download the interview if you can as it could well be pulled. The criminal organisations are run by people who are essentially paedophiles, in powerful positions, making fortunes from drugs, arms and pornography.
Many victims have discovered to their cost that exposing these very powerful people is dangerous. Line wavers a little. Jimmy Savile was clearly a highly protected individual. What about his connections with the Police, and drugs?
What about his connections with Parliament, including ten Christmases with Mrs Thatcher? JS was vetted by people in the organisation he belonged to. They knew what he was. He was easy to bribe. He was procuring children for people within the Establishment, as part of this trade in children. It's time that this cover-up was exposed.
What kept Savile in place, with no investigation of any kind, year after year? Children are not being protected. These crimes are not being investigated. Children have been systematically abused for decades. Who's behind it? When will the victims be heard? The cover-up must be exposed.
She saw Sonia's interview with Lenny Harper, the Police officer who talked of the cover-up in Jersey.
Since Andrea spoke out, she's had threats, intimidation, blackmail, financial deprivation, intensive surveillance. They have unlimited funds, which are used to prop up and protect this criminal organisation...the government is a key part of it.
She was protected by good agency people, and was still frightened by the intensive surveillance, the discrediting of her character and she knows how terrifying it must be for people who have no protection..

The People's Voice, does what it says on the tin, and gives those who are voiceless an opportunity to tell the alternative to the mainstream media's version of "news" facts and evidence.
The People's Voice was naturally interested in, what has become known as "the worst cover up in history" or "Jersey's dirty secrets" and made contact with those best placed to comment on Jersey's so-called "Justice" System and inner workings of those in power on the Island.

Last night a number of justice campaigners, truth seekers, and victims of Jersey's so-called "Justice" System were interviewed live on the Sonia Poulton show. To include former Senior Investigating Officer of Operation Rectangle (Jersey's Child Abuse Investigation) Lenny Harper.
Anyone who gets that close to royalty and prime ministers (as well as holding a high-profile position in the BBC for fifty years) is thorougly checked out by the security services (MI5, etc.). That's exactly the kind of thing they're there for - "protecting the realm" includes protecting the sovereign and his/her family from contact with serial child rapists!
And anyone knighted by The Queen (which Savile was, in 1990) is thoroughly vetted to minimise the chance that disreputable behaviour won't come to light and embarrass the British monarchy by association.
So what happened? How much investigation, how much vetting went on? Did the British security services simply suffer from decades of incompetence? How did Savile get so close to the Royal Family? Were they not warned about him? If not, why? And if they were, why did they not shun him?
